AGROMIRA 2025, the Latin American sustainable agribusiness event, announces that registrations are now open for its full in-person mode, a unique experience designed for those seeking to be an active part of the shift towards a more sustainable and competitive agricultural sector.
The event will take place from May 6 to 8, 2025 on the campus of CATIE (Tropical Agricultural Research and Higher Education Center), in Turrialba, Costa Rica.
Who is it for and how to participate?
AGROMIRA 2025 is aimed at producers, entrepreneurs, researchers, academics, investors, and organizations involved in the development of sustainable agribusiness in Latin America and the Caribbean. This year, the event offers both in-person and virtual, participation options, making it more accessible to a regional and international audience.
Participants can choose from different modalities tailored to their needs and possibilities. These include the full in-person package for $600 USD and a special rate for university students at $420 USD.
What does the Full In-Person Package include?

If you cannot attend all three days, there is also a one-day pass option for $350 USD, which grants access to one full day of keynotes, workshops, networking spaces, and meal services. Additionally, you can enjoy the event from anywhere with a virtual ticket for $50 USD, which includes access to main conferences, one virtual workshop, and a participation certificate.
What practical and thematic sections will be covered?
AGROMIRA 2025 will feature four keynote lectures by renowned specialists, including Jordi Alemany, an international expert in intergenerational leadership and organizational transformation. Additionally, thematic workshops, parallel sessions, and discussion spaces on innovation, sustainability, market access, technology, and finance applied to agribusiness will be offered.
The event will conclude with technical tours on May 8, allowing participants to explore successful case studies and innovative practices in the Turrialba region.
