Discover How Gender Equality Can Enhance Regenerative Food Businesses
- Participate in the HUB-NAR webinar and join the movement seeking to transform food businesses in Latin America.
In an effort to promote regenerative practices in food businesses and highlight the importance of gender equality in this process, the Regenerative Food Business Hub (NAR) invites you to be part of its webinar “Gender equality as a regenerative approach in food businesses: challenges and tools."
It will take place on April 3rd at 8 a.m. (Costa Rica time), and you can participate through Zoom and CATIE's Facebook Live..
This free digital meeting aims to explore how inclusion and a gender-focused approach can act as catalysts for success and sustainability in Latin American food businesses.
Through talks, you will learn about impactful businesses led by women and the strategies they have adopted to overcome challenges and strengthen their market presence, while regenerating food systems at the same time.
The webinar will be organized into three thematic rounds, where you will have the opportunity to directly learn from the experiences of the COMUCAP organization from Honduras and BIOINCOS from Colombia. From the creation of these organizations and the strengthening of women in the process, to the challenges faced in female participation in productive ecological businesses and the presentation of gender-focused tools, led by NESsT.
Moreover, the event will serve as a space for interaction and networking, allowing you to participate in the exchange of ideas and establish valuable connections with like-minded individuals interested in strengthening food businesses to regenerate socio-ecological systems in Latin America.
The HUB-NAR, organizer of this webinar and created from the NAR Consortium, is a platform dedicated to the dissemination and energization of knowledge and experiences around regenerative food businesses in Latin America.
